Toying Idea started the way most good ideas do — with one 3D printer humming away in a university hostel room in Patiala, Punjab, printing keychains for friends. The keychains kept disappearing. Then friends-of-friends started asking. Then their parents did.
Somewhere between assignments and 2 a.m. print runs, it stopped being a hobby. We realised what people actually wanted wasn't "a 3D print" — it was a thing that exists for nobody else: their name, their dog, their idea, made real.
That's still the whole business. Every order is printed fresh, just for you. Nothing sits in a warehouse. If you can describe it, sketch it, or photograph it — we can probably print it.

Mass production is great — for things nobody remembers. We'd rather make one thing that one person keeps forever.
For every custom piece, you see and approve a design preview before our printers start. No surprises in the box.
We print in quality PLA — plant-based, sturdy and safe to handle — and pack everything snug so it arrives the way it left.
